• Salix Call Options – Closing Price and Average Closing Price from November 7, 2014 through February 4, 2015 (90-Day Look-Back Period)
• Salix Put Options – Daily Artificial Deflation and Holding Price as of November 7, 2014
• Salix Put Options – Closing Price and Average Closing Price from November 7, 2014 through February 4, 2015 (90-Day Look-Back Period)

Note: In each of these tables, the option series are listed by expiration date and then by strike price.
